Service was mediocre - beware of the OLDEST, shortest dude working in there, seems like he's the head honcho with the Napoleon complex - SUPER cocky, on rude side, sadly it was him that put a bad taste in our mouth, he's a little rotten so if you can avoid him, do ... The Florence spot has two locations on opposite sides of the street and there's always a line down the street that will take 45 minutes to wait but you can go to any of the other sandwich shops that are just a few doors down and not wait at all and get a sandwich just as good.
